Day 672, War 125
Origin
Today, after 674 days of war, peace was brokered. In the evening of Day 672, Wardens and Colonials have found an arrangement and Warden ambassadors have signed the Capitulation Act.
After a combined total of 3,465,188 casualties a peace deal was found. We have to note that both sides were starting to decline and that the peace deal is good news for both populations and militaries of the two sides. Wardens and Colonials have fought bravely during this war and have paid gaunt tribute for the victory of their respective sides. Colonials death toll stands at 1,733,332 and Warden casualties are estimated around 1,731,836.
We hope that peace will be longer than a few days and we hope it will last for centuries. The war was hard and every soldier has the right to see their family. Also, we extend our condolences to the families of soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice, and won't be marching home with their comrades.
